Oooooo or one of cozy anime beds and rooms cause I am an uber monster when it comes to fighting sleeps. Speaking of that bubba you have any tips to help me not fight sleepies or just go to bedzies easier. I wish I had hot milk tonight :(. sure I'll make an anime bath and anime bedroom stimboards ! I'm glad you like my stimboards, I hope you feel even a little bit better, and it's okay that you've rambled a bit since I'm a good listener ! <3

there are quite a few tips I can give to fall asleep easier -

1. try to go to bed and wake up around the same time every day, this will make your brain automatically know when it's sleepy time

2. if you really can't sleep, do a short activity like reading a book or listen to calm music until you feel more tired

3. drink or eat something ! personally drinking water before bed makes me sleep faster (probably dehydration...)

4. try to make your room as quite, dark, and cool as you can, as it can make you more sleepy

5. music may help you since rainfall or gentle sounds can make you more calm

I was not okay but now I'm doing great!💙 I got that my melody macaroon shaped lip balm that tastes like strawberry and banana and it taste like laffy taffy and a smoothie. It's super duper yummy smelling and tasting (don't worry I won't eat it, teehee) and it is super moisturizing. It's one of the two lipbalms that work for me. You should toooooottallyyy get it too so we can be twinzies💗💛💖
